Three-layer support structure:

• One-piece front panel compresses both boobs together.
• Middle simplex fabric encapsulates each breast separately.

Alisa's Fitting Tips Here’s what to know before you order:

1. Go up in the band if you’re between sizes: This style can come up small. I find it best to try a band size up from your normal size. This means if you normally wear a 34D, I recommend trying a 36D.
   
   
2. At the back of the bra there's an additional strap at the top for extra support, and the adjustable straps mean you can tailor the support level to your preference. However, I found the clasps hard to do up by myself. Doing up the top clasp first and then putting it on over my head worked best for me.
   
   
3. Proven to reduce bounce by up to 78%: the Ultimate Run sports bra has been independently tested by the University of Portsmouth
   
   
4. No padding: it doesn't feature additional padding over the cups, making it less bulky. It is doubled lined, though, and the inner material is stretchy and seamless which helps to reduce rubbing, making it very comfortable to wear.
   
   
5. The band is elasticated with a traditional bra strap fastening and the straps are padded. I really like the addition of padding to the straps as it means they stay in place well and don't dig in.
