Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We will exchange any item that does not fit for the correct size as long as the item is in its original condition with swing tags attached. If you are not completely satisfied with your garment you may return within 30 days any unworn or defective product to us for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it plus the original "Swing Tags" must not be removed from the garment.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to SportsBra Ltd and SportsBra Ltd will pay return shipping back to the customer.
SportsBra Ltd is not responsible for lost items.
SportsBra Ltd will not provide a refund or exchange on damaged items due to improper care or items that have had swing tags removed or have been worn.
There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Swing tags have been removed
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sales items: see below
Sale Items:Â happy to exchange if we still have your size in stock, otherwise issue a store credit. A shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges. Please make sure you check your size before purchasing
Preorder items:Â happy to exchange if we are holding stock but please check as often preorders are brought in specially so no returns might apply.Â
