Shipping & Delivery Info

Shipping is via Pass the Parcel courier service and offer delivery to:

  • Rural addresses and
  • Business addresses and
  • Home addresses
  • PO Box addresses please - please add a further 2-4 days to delivery time as we use NZ Couriers

For deliveries to Hauraki Gulf Islands, (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Islands we use Courier Post so please add on 1-2 days to times below as I need to drop parcels off the local centre.

Delivery times: (are from when the item is picked up from the courier, not when you receive your Shipping confirmation email and not from your order date):

  • 3 to 7 working days between major cities
  • 3 to 10 working days for Rural deliveries (can take longer)
