We are happy for you to purchase multiple items and send back whatever you do not want with no questions asked. Let us know when you are ordering and we'll include a pre-paid return bag (for New Zealand customers only and when purchasing more than one item). Unless requested, a pre-paid return bag will not be included automatically.
Not happy with the size? email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the size you would like to exchange for and send to the Returns Address below. Once we've received the item the exchange will be shipped. Please read our T+Cs below.

Full Priced Items / Sale Items / Promo Code Offers: Happy to exchange, credit note or refund as long as the item is in its original condition with swing tags attached.
Sorry but postage is not included if you choose the refund option.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method e.g, if you paid by credit card you will receive the refund to your credit card.
All items need to be in their original condition with swing tags attached and returned within 30 days.

- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to SportsBra Ltd and SportsBra Ltd will pay return shipping back to the customer for the first exchange (does not include courier or tracking upgrade)
- Any extra exchanges will incur a delivery charge
- SportsBra Ltd is not responsible for lost items
There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are given:
- Any item not in its original condition
- An item is marked or dirty
- Swing tags have been removed
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items won in a competition
