Not happy with the size? style? or just don't like it? If you haven't removed the tags and the bra hasn't been worn then:

  1. Email sportsbra@sportsbra.co.nz with Returns in the subject heading
  2. Include your order number
  3. Let us know the size you would like to exchange for
  4. Send back to the Returns Address below
  5. Please ensure the bra hooks or velcro have been closed so the bra does not get damaged in transit
  6. Once we've received the item the exchange will be shipped. Please read our T+Cs below


Full Priced Items: happy to exchange, issue a credit or refund as long as the item is in its original condition with swing tags attached (postage not included)

Sale Items/Promo Code Offers: happy to exchange or issue a credit as long as the item is in its original condition with swing tags attached (postage not included)

All items need to be in their original condition with swing tags attached and returned within 30 days

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method e.g, if you paid by credit card you will receive the refund to your credit card

Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to SportsBra Ltd and SportsBra Ltd will pay return shipping back to the customer for the first exchange only (does not include courier or tracking upgrade)
  • Any extra exchanges will incur a delivery charge
  • SportsBra Ltd is not responsible for lost items

There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are given:

  • Sales items marked FINAL sale
  • Bra is damaged when being returned
  • Any item not in its original condition 
  • An item is marked or dirty
  • Swing tags have been removed
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items won in a competition
