Exchange + Refund Policy

Not happy with the size or style? Or just don't like it? Unlike a lot of lingerie stores I'm happy for you to return it as long as you haven't been exercising in it of course. Please see policy for SALE & Preorder items below.

All return items need to be in their original condition with swing tags attached. If your return is marked or dirty and tags removed a $10 fee will be charged.

Item hasn't Arrived?

If your purchase hasn't turned up and its gone way past the delivery time or the status says delivered but you haven't received it - please get in touch asap and I'll sort it out for you. If you've already placed a query I can't placed a second so get in touch with me first.

For New Zealand Returns:

If you haven't removed the tags, worn it for exercise and the bra isn't marked or damaged:

  1. email sportsbra@sportsbra.co.nz with your order number in the subject line and let me know if you are exchanging, need help with sizing or want a refund.
  2. Once you receive a reply from me then you can send back. Please do not send back items without letting me know first.
  3. When packaging your bra, ensure the bra hooks or velcro have been closed so the bra does not get damaged in transit, and place in the bag your bra arrived in to also prevent damage. If you ordered a Q-Linn you need to return the wash bag otherwise you will be charged $5.
  4. Send back to the Returns Address below with your name and order number on the back
  5. You'll receive notification via email once I've received and processed the return. Allow 2-3 working days for the return to be processed as I only clear the PO Box twice a week. Please read our T+Cs below

Please note, if the bra is marked (including makeup and deodorant stains) or damaged I will not accept the return and you will need to pay Shipping to have it returned.

For Australian Returns:

  1. Please email sportsbra@sportsbra.co.nz with your order number in the subject line. We will respond to you within 1 business day with the return shipping address.
  2. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
  3. Please allow 1-2 business days to process the return once it’s received. We will refund the price of the item. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 5 working days for your credit to appear on your statement.

Full Priced Items: happy to offer an exchange (if we have stock), issue a credit or refund as long as the item is in its original condition with swing tags attached (postage is not included in the refund for any returns)

All items need to be in their original condition with swing tags attached and returned within 30 business days

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method e.g, if you paid by credit card you will receive the refund to your credit card

Sale Items: happy to exchange if we still have your size in stock, otherwise issue a store credit. A shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges. Please make sure you check your size before purchasing

Preorder items: happy to exchange if we are holding stock but please check as often preorders are brought in specially so no returns might apply. 

Last Sizes | Clearance Sale | Seconds: no returns, refunds or exchanges as you just scored yourself a bargain! So please make sure you check your size before purchasing

Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to SportsBra Ltd and SportsBra Ltd will pay return shipping back to the customer for the first exchange only in New Zealand. International customers will need to cover the cost of any returns.
  • Any extra exchanges will incur a delivery charge
  • SportsBra Ltd is not responsible for lost items

There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are given:

  • Clearance | Last Sizes | Seconds items
  • Bra is damaged
  • Not in its original condition 
  • Item is marked or dirty
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 business days after delivery
  • Items won in a competition
