Exchange + Refund Policy

Not happy with the size? Style? Or just don't like it? If you haven't removed the tags, worn it for exercise and the bra isn't marked or damaged:

  1. email sportsbra@sportsbra.co.nz with your order number in the subject line and let us know if you are exchanging or wanting a refund or need help with sizing
  2. Please ensure the bra hooks or velcro have been closed so the bra does not get damaged in transit. Ensure pads are put back in if you have removed them. If your Shefit was in a laundry bag you must return this as well otherwise we will charge you $15
  3. Send back to the Returns Address below with your name and order number on the back
  4. Once we've received the item the exchange will be shipped or refund issued. Please read our T+Cs below

If your purchase hasn't turned up and its gone way past the delivery time or the status says delivered but you haven't received it - please get in touch asap and we will sort it out for you.

Full Priced Items: happy to exchange, issue a credit or refund as long as the item is in its original condition with swing tags attached (postage not included)

All items need to be in their original condition with swing tags attached and returned within 30 days

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method e.g, if you paid by credit card you will receive the refund to your credit card

Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to SportsBra Ltd and SportsBra Ltd will pay return shipping back to the customer for the first exchange only (does not include courier or tracking upgrade)
  • Any extra exchanges will incur a delivery charge
  • SportsBra Ltd is not responsible for lost items

There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are given:

  • Sales items
  • Bra is damaged when being returned
  • Any item not in its original condition 
  • An item is marked or dirty
  • Swing tags have been removed
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items won in a competition
