Alisa's Fitting Tips: Here’s what to know before you order:
Due to the compressive qualities of this high impact sports bra, I recommend sizing up in the cup which is why I say it fits F cups as well eg if you're a 10F then try the 10G
I have customers that wear this sports bra as an everyday bra as they like the supportiveness however, this is a high impact sports bra
