There are a lot of calculators but we reckon this one by Sophisticated Pair is the best.

Use it as a guide only. If you get a result that really surprises you and you reckon your current size is a good fit then stick with that. Because there is no standardisation between brands, if you are a 34E in one brand it does not guarantee you will be the same size in another brand. 

Below are some tips to help you get a good measurement.

You will need a soft measuring tape, and for best results wear your everyday bra that fits you best but not padded or a sports bra.

For your band measurement: measure directly underneath your breasts on the rib cage, making sure to keep the tape level all the way around your torso.

Pull the two sides together until they meet and lie flat against your body, but be careful not to pull too tightly. The tape should feel snug, but not constricting.  

Take a note - this is your band / rib measurement.

Next, measure around the fullest part of your breasts to find your Bust Measurement
